Assembly
It’s easy to order a bike, but a bit harder and more time-consuming to assemble it. At the same time, it is a great experience to build a completely unique bike based on your own specifications and requirements. Or perhaps you have an old bicycle that you want to refurbish or transform into a modern bike?
Whether you’ve ordered a complete bike that comes in loose parts, want to mix new and old parts or have picked up selected components, we can help you assemble the parts. This is the perfect way for you to customize your bike – without having to spend half a year assembling it.
You tell me how you want your new bike and we’ll build it for you. It’s as simple as that! When we are ready, you can ride it immediately – with perfectly adjusted wheels, gear, brakes, saddle and steering. Everything on your new bike is fitted with the sense of quality and balance that only comes with great experience.
- We will pick up all your components
- The parts are unpacked and checked

- The bike is delivered to you at home
Often Kevin makes the final adjustments in your presence, so that the saddle and handlebars are perfectly positioned for you. At delivery you also get the chance to ask questions and get a brief review of your new bike.
If the assembly takes place at your home or office, Kevin will dispose of all the packaging and debris afterwards.
Pricing

Before each ride remember “ABC”
A = Air: Does the tyre feel soft when you squeeze the sides? Are the tyres Worn? Keep your tyres inflated to reduce the risk of punctures.
B = Brakes: Does the brakes work correctly? Are the brakes / cables worn?
C = Chain: Is the chain Lubricated and clean?A rusty chain could make it harder to pedal and may even snap. While you’re down there, spin your pedals and check that the cranks don’t wiggle from side to side and that there are no grinding noises from the bottom bracket. Finally, If you have external gears make sure your derailleur – the device that moves the chain between gears – is straight and clears your spokes comfortably.
Check: Take a quick ride to check if gears and brakes are working properly. Inspect the bike for broken parts or loose parts?
