Privacy Policy
In order to contact you and offer the best service, we have to save your contact information. We’ll always protect our clients’ privacy and will only save your personal information for as long as you are a customer at Cykeltek or we have an open case with you. The only one who has access to your information is Kevin Mercer, who is the administrator at Cykeltek.
At any time you may request (in writing) to have your information extradited, changed, deleted or supplemented. The only exception is information required to enable us to meet juridical requirements, for example in terms of accounting and taxes. In accordance with Swedish tax laws we must save this data for at least seven (7) years.
Bookings
If you contact us via our online booking form, we’ll collect the information you provide in the form. This information is used to contact you, answer questions and book the services you may have requested.
Call me
If you enter your name and telephone number on our web site and want us to contact you, we’ll use this information only to dial you in the specific case. Your phone number will not be saved for use at any later time – unless we agree on it separately.
Newsletter
Your name and the email address you provide to begin a subscription to our newsletter is stored only for as long as you are a subscriber. When you cancel your registration we will remove your contact information immediately.
Cookies
We use cookies in order to improve your experience of our web site and give you access to different functions.
